Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to lead strategic change initiatives that improve efficiency, optimise processes, and drive sustainable growth. This role works closely with teams across the company to analyse current practices, develop improvement strategies, and implement solutions that align with long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Planning

Assess current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Work with senior management to set transformation goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create detailed roadmaps and action plans for strategic changes.
Project Management

Lead transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met.
Coordinate with different departments to align and integrate initiatives.
Track project progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Change Management

Support smooth transitions with effective change management practices.
Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain support for new initiatives.
Run workshops to train teams on new processes and technologies.
Performance Improvement

Analyse data to measure the impact of transformation efforts.
Implement continuous improvement strategies.
Compare internal processes with industry best practices to stay competitive.
Communication & Reporting

Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Act as a link between project teams and management to ensure clear communication.
Maintain documentation of project decisions, progress, and results.

Required Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

Analytical & strategic thinking - Ability to assess complex processes and identify improvements.
Project & change management expertise - Experience leading cross-functional teams and using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Technical proficiency - Skilled in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
Strong communication skills - Ability to engage stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
Problem-solving mindset - Creativity and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:

Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Understanding of key business metrics and KPIs.
Experience creating dashboards in Skywise, Google Looker, or similar tools.
Experience delivering concepts into production.
Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams to define and refine project requirements.

Qualifications

Essential:

STEM HND
SC or higher security clearance
Desirable:

Knowledge of airline and MRO operations
Extensive business/industrial experience
Lean Green/Black Belt certification

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be eligible for DBS Security Clearance and SC Clearance.
Must meet all Export Compliance Regulations requirements.
