A Charity in Central London are seeing a Business Systems Programme Manager to help with the delivery of a series of system upgrade and implementation projects from a technical delivery perspective.

The Interim Business Systems Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a strategic programme to implement and integrate several core business systems across the organisation. These include a case management system, housing and rent management system, finance system, learning management system, and applicant tracking system. The role requires strong programme leadership, hands-on enterprise and solution architecture experience, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, user-focused solutions that align with their strategic and operational needs.

Requirements:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the business systems transformation programme.
Support and mentor the Project Leads/Managers with best practice in business systems implementation including in relation to requirements gathering, testing etc
Oversee the implementation and integration of multiple business-critical systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with organisational goals.
Ensure seamless data flows and inter-operability between systems to support efficient operations and reporting.
Engage with senior leaders and operational teams to understand business needs and ensure solutions are user centred.
Lead change management efforts to support adoption and maximise the value of new systems.
Define and maintain the target architecture for their business systems landscape.
Provide hands-on architectural guidance and solution design to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future proof.

Experience:

Proven experience delivering complex business systems programmes across multiple functional areas
Experience with implementing and interfacing case management, housing and rent management, finance, LMS, and ATS platforms
Strong background in enterprise and solution architecture, with hands-on experience implementing stand alone and integrated systems
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration patterns
Experience with programme and project management methodologies (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Experience managing suppliers and technology contracts
Understanding of GDPR and data governance best practices
