About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Applications Lead to take ownership of our core business systems, with a strong focus on supply chain ERP platforms (such as Sage), Anaplan, and modern workplace technologies including Microsoft Azure and Office 365. This role is ideal for someone with a semi-technical understanding of business applications who thrives in fast-paced environments like logistics, supply chain, or FMCG, and who can bridge the gap between IT and business operations.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms, with a focus on master data management.
Act as the IT subject matter expert for supply chain and logistics applications, ensuring business needs are met.
Manage system configurations, integrations (EDI, FTP, APIs), and troubleshoot technical issues.
Oversee user access, security roles, and compliance with IT governance policies.
Administer Anaplan: user provisioning, data loads, and minor UX updates.
Collaborate with vendors and integration partners for support and enhancements.
Provide guidance and training to internal users on best practices and system usage.
Maintain technical documentation and support DevOps practices.
Participate in testing, change control, and roadmap planning for application upgrades and new features.
Ensure systems are optimized for self-service reporting and analytics.
Contribute to strategic decisions on application architecture and future platform investments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience with supply chain ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
Strong familiarity with Anaplan and its role in planning and forecasting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Intune, and cloud governance.
Understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools like SharePoint and Azure Blob Storage.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG industries is highly desirable.
Technically literate with the ability to understand and manage system integrations and configurations.
Excellent communication skills - able to liaise effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
A logical thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
Passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous improvement
