Business Intelligence Engineer II
Hybrid – London
Up to £350 a day
Inside IR35
6 Months
Key Skills:

SQL
Experience in Data or BI space
Experience with virtualization tools, good understanding of data
Key job responsibilities:

The successful candidate will thrive in a data-driven environment that is focused on delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making. Motivated by solving complex problems and excited about using data analytics to drive a business forward, the candidate will have the opportunity to advance Prime Video's analytics capabilities. Responsibilities include:
Owning business-critical reporting used globally by hundreds of users, including developing and maintaining large-scale data structures and ETL pipelines, and creating reports in Quicksight or Excel.
Gathering business requirements from stakeholders in Finance and Business teams, and translating them into scalable and automated solutions.
Providing analysis, insights, and recommendations on business metrics to optimize operations and decision-making.
Collaborating with Data Engineering and Analytics Tooling teams to improve data sources and develop scalable, accurate reporting processes.
Experience:

Analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
Data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development
Statistical analysis using R, SAS, Matlab
SQL and scripting (Python) for data processing and modeling
Preferred qualifications:

Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
Experience in data mining, ETL, and handling large-scale, complex datasets in a business environment
