BI Developer (PART-TIME / 12-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)


Location:Nottingham / Hybrid

Salary:£30,000

Hours per week:22.5 (Part-time role)



Are you excited with working, understanding and manipulating large data sets to deliver reports? If you enjoy this swell as using Power BI then please carry on reading!


What you will be doing in the role:

  • Creating and delivering against a project plan to replace many legacy spreadsheets with these new reports.
  • Presenting new reports to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working with the business, to deliver reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Creation of new tables within big query which can be used in reports and analysis.
  • Helping users get up the learning curve, answering questions on how the reports work and the underlying data.
  • Team player within Commercial Finance and the wider Finance team


What we need from you:

  • Experience with ETL processes
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Expert building reports and dashboards with a specialist BI tool
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills is desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Big Query, Dataform and SQL
  • Understanding of data pipelines advantageous
