Job title: BI DeveloperLocation: Central Bristol, 2-3 days onsiteSalary: up to £65,000 depending on experienceContract type: 6 month fixed term contractSanderson are partnered with a leading real estate provider who are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join their Data & Insight team for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major data transformation initiative, working with modern cloud platforms and supporting the delivery of high-impact analytics.You'll play a key role in developing and optimising Tableau dashboards that drive commercial performance and strategic decision-making, working closely with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into actionable insights and ensure data solutions are robust, accurate, and user-friendly.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and enhance Tableau dashboards to support commercial and operational teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.Work alongside Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines and models meet business needs.Contribute to a variety of analytics projects, providing ad-hoc support as needed.Required Skills and ExperienceStrong, proven experience with TableauProficiency in SQLDemonstrated ability to manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and support.Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
