Your Team

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join an established team within the Sky Bet Commercial function. The role sits in a dedicated BI team in the Bet Tribe, also supported by a wider analytics community across the UK&I division.

Reporting to a BI Senior Analyst or Manager for Sky Bet, you will complete intelligence-led approaches to commercial insight, ensuring insights meet the needs of Sky Bet’s business goals and strategies.

What you’ll do

Understand Sky Bet’s consumers through both internal and external data analysis, enabling internal partners to act on findings and reporting Help run innovative analytics products to improve Sky Bet’s understanding of performance against other UKI brands Work with the Commercial and Finance teams on key day-to-day tasks, fulfilling their reporting needs You will provide partners with BAU reports, collecting requirements and optimising the reporting cycles Working and collaborating with colleagues across local and UK&I BI teams you will identify standard processes in ways of reporting and working You will support the team and Tribe to help identify key trends, insight, opportunities and performance drivers using large datasets containing a wide range of commercial and customer level data You will surface key findings that are relevant and utilise support available to help us tell a clear story Be prepared to regularly present your work to partners, answering the needs of the moment

How you’ll do it:

Technical experience in delivering analysis (ideally using Looker and SQL) Skilled at condensing analysis into simpler views to drive actionable insight Excellent teammate with good communication skills Experience working with senior partners, with an ability to clearly and confidently present your findings to all levels within our business Ability to build strong and effective relationships both within the team and across the business at analyst level and above  Ability to thrive with pressure and understand the sometimes-urgent business needs with a measured approach You will be self-motivated, and action orientated, able to take a lead and drive action and change where required 1+ years of professional experience in similar positions (Commercial and Analytics)
