Location: North Dublin close to airport - 4 days onsite
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 + benefits
Start Date: Ideally September

We’re partnering with a business that’s putting digital transformation at the heart of its group-wide strategy—and they’re now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their digital team.

This is a hands-on role supporting business users across the group to turn fragmented Excel reporting into intuitive, insightful dashboards. You’ll be working with structured ERP data and helping teams across multiple business units to better understand and communicate their data.

What you’ll be doing:

Building dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

Translating complex Excel-based reporting into scalable, visual BI solutions

Engaging with internal stakeholders to map data, gather requirements, and deliver usable reporting

Supporting the rollout of Microsoft Fabric across the group (starting with a pilot phase)

Acting as a central business partner to divisional analysts

Providing day-to-day support for BI reporting queries

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience with Power BI and a solid grasp of general BI principles

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or a genuine interest in learning it

Ability to understand ERP data models (data already well structured)

Previous experience working closely with business users on reporting solutions

Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, less rigid environment

Bonus points for knowledge of SAP BW or Crystal Reports (being phased out)
