Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join TTP’s IT team. In this high-impact role, you’ll enhance our reporting and business intelligence capabilities - enabling better decision-making across the business, especially within Business Development.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, build and maintain insightful dashboards, and help shape the future of TTP’s management information systems. If you enjoy turning data into direction and ideas into action, this could be the role for you.

You’ll collaborate across the business - with teams in IT Support, Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop our Power BI platform to support key reporting needs.
  • Build dashboards that provide insight into sales activity, revenue trends, and account performance.
  • Translate business questions into clear, data-driven insights - partnering with leaders across TTP.
  • Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) to:
    • Automate reporting and summarise trends
    • Generate ad hoc insights
    • Interpret ambiguous data sets
    • Support scenario modelling and commercial forecasts
  • Contribute to ERP roadmap projects (NetSuite, Power BI, connected apps), with a focus on:
    • Business Development & CRM
    • Project delivery
    • Finance
    • Marketing
    • Operations
  • Capture and improve key business processes - leading change initiatives from discovery to implementation.

Requirements

Essential skills:

  • Strong Power BI and MS SQL skills
  • A consultative approach, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Experience writing user documentation and delivering training
  • Ability to lead internal improvement initiatives

Desirable knowledge and experience:

  • NetSuite ERP, CRM, or similar cloud-based ERP platform experience
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Python, or other data automation tools
  • Experience using GenAI for data and reporting tasks
  • Understanding of business process analysis
  • Background in a consultancy or service-led environment
