The Business Insight team sits at the heart of the organisation, supporting strategic and operational decisions across the business. To strengthen this function, they are looking for a Business Insight Analyst to deliver impactful projects, create reporting solutions, and add real value to stakeholders at all levels.


The Role

As a Business Insight Analyst, you’ll play a key part in delivering analysis that drives commercial strategy and operational improvements. This role is ideal for an ambitious analyst who wants to make a tangible impact in a data-led environment that values autonomy and initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical projects that shape the strategic direction of the business
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and support stakeholders in implementation
  • Partner with business functions to identify reporting needs in line with priorities
  • Build self-serve dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders
  • Deliver insight assets such as KPIs, customer segmentations, and value models
  • Support teams in using data effectively through guidance, documentation, and training


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach and attention to detail
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets to drive actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A relevant degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science etc.) or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos etc.)


Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or Qlik View
  • SQL proficiency and understanding of database design
  • Experience with marketing campaign evaluation, statistical modelling, or operational research
