About the Role

You will be joining the Business Development team and will play a pivotal role in building TILT.You'll help take our company from 0 → 1 and will be an open playground for you to produce high-impact work. Primarily, you will lead the acquisition of new partners to join our platform.

This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

What You'll Be Doing

On our Business Development team, you will focus on outbound prospecting and you'll spend a lot of time speaking with prospects.Your main responsibility will be lead generation and moving prospects through the funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on TILT and be able to masterfully articulate our vision and product.
  • Outbound outreach through various channels (email, phone, Instagram, LinkedIn) to connect with prospects.
  • Manage a high volume of outreach with a strategy for prioritization of your targets and time.
  • Create personalized and impactful messaging to successfully convert prospects.
  • Use Hubspot and other internal tools to properly track all activities and ensure data accuracy.
