This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong consultative sales professional, ideally with experience of the Audio Visual and/or Digital Signage industry to join an innovative and successful business and support them in driving the growth strategy. 

The Role at a Glance:

Business Development Manager (Primarily Cinema and Leisure Sector)
Hybrid - Manchester Area
£30,000 - £40,000 basic with + £10,000 - £20,000 commission, up to £60k OTE
Plus Benefits Package Including a hybrid work culture, free parking on site, your birthday off every year, Christmas shutdown and access to paycare to help support dental, opticians and other expenses.
Full time – Core hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm, but you will need to be flexible to work outside of those hours as required

Your Background / Skills: Sales, Senior Inside Sales, Field Sales, Client Management, Client Service, Business Development, Customer Service, SaaS / Tech Sales. Digital Signage. Interactive AV / Displays. Graduate Sales.

The Business Development Manager role:

Based out of the Manchester HQ but willing to travel nationally as required.
Attend meetings to provide a consultative sales approach for each customer; creating individual solutions tailored to their specific need and desired outcome.
Work closely with the design teams and solutions architect to help design and implement a bespoke, long-term sales solution.
Using market expertise, industry knowledge and networking, continuously identify new business opportunities and provide business cases in support of these.
Generate your own leads through networking, Expos and Exhibitions.
Confidence and credibility to close the sale.
Maximise opportunities with existing clients to ensure the full potential is realized with an intelligent approach to sectors.
Work with the business owners to provide suggestions and ideas to support the future growth of the business.
Management of the CRM including pipeline, reports and quotations. Combination of office based (Manchester) and field-based when required.
 A bit about you:

Experience of working in a technology-based solution-based sales role with the ability to offer a range of options to meet the needs of the client
Proven ability to hit targets
Extensive sales experience and able to work autonomously, identifying customers and potential business.
Have the desire and intuition to carry out research and due diligence ahead of any client meetings.
Bring modern sales and marketing techniques to current and new processes.
Take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
An ability to handle pressure and be able to always maintain a professional approach
