Business Analyst sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands. This role is 100% office based. Ideally based from the Meriden Head Office, but consideration will also be given to candidates who wish to be based out of one of the local offices close to your location (occasional travel to Meriden HQ will be required if this option is taken). The Role:As Business Analyst you will play a vital role in successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics. You’ll connect business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring that company operations are effectively supported. Your day-to-day duties will include:Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business needsDesign and develop effective business processes to optimise the use of Microsoft DynamicsSupport the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutionsAnalyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain data models and data dictionariesEnsure data quality and integrity through data governance practicesDocument and create user storiesProvide ongoing support and training to usersBuild strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders The successful Business Analyst will demonstrate:Strong experience as a Business AnalystExperience with Microsoft DynamicsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent decision making and problem-solving abilitiesExperience of working in an agile environmentStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience of Azure DevOps is desirableExperience of being a Product Owner is desirableExperience of working in the recruitment industry is beneficial but not essential Benefits:£50,000 - £60,000 salary depending on experience32 days holiday rising with service to 37 max including bank holidaysComprehensive training and mentoring with opportunities for personal and professional growth9am-5.30pm Mon to Thursday, 9am-5pm FridayFlexible hours availableFree onsite parking (includes electric charging points)Nest PensionAccess to discounts appSubsidised bistroIndoor gymSquash court and recreation areaA collaborative and inclusive work culture Business Analyst – MS Dynamics Meriden, Coventry, Warwickshire £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits Business Analysis | Azure | MSD | MS Dynamics | Microsoft Dynamics | Product Ownership
