Overview

We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst, to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing report development processes. From gathering requirements to testing and deployment, you’ll ensure our reporting solutions meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.


How you\'ll make an impact

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyse reporting needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between developers and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed specifications for new and existing reports.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure reports meet predefined requirements.
  • Lead or assist in report deployment and testing processes.
  • Manage report production, scheduling, and validation to maintain accuracy.
  • Support the Operations Manager in maintaining the Report Inventory.
  • Contribute to reporting-focused projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the highest data integrity so that visibility of information is restricted to those authorised

About You

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with domestic and international colleagues.
  • Confidence working with data across multiple systems with a solid understanding of data security and delivery principles.
  • Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Ability to read and understand SQL.
