The role will involve working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data and deliver insightful solutions to enhance decision making processes and support smooth project delivery.

Location – Scotland

Here's what the role looks like:

Oversee projects during the execution and rollout phases. Manage processing and accounts. Facilitate service design and gather requirements. Handle project close-out activities. Conduct gap analysis and ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Review and generate pertinent documentation. Analyze data to produce insightful reports that aid in strategic decision-making. Demonstrate the ability to dissect complex issues and convert them into actionable deliverables, including solutions and services. Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and agree upon reporting and analytics requirements, while providing guidance to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and set objectives.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience delivering solutions around Business Intelligence and supporting project managers with delivery of work streams Experience in driving data quality, standardising complex asset data Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate business requirements in to use cases (with descriptions, acceptance criteria, functional and on functional requirements) Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data driven insights to non technical audiences An ability to present visualizations/reports in a business context to business stakeholders.
