Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for revenue recovery and settlement.
• Review and optimise existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Work with Data Analysts to ensure effective use of data in revenue recovery.
• Liaise with technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support testing and implementation phases, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in revenue recovery and settlement.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and revenue assurance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in utilities, energy, or similar sectors (preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholders
