We’re looking for a meticulous and organised Billings Specialist to join a friendly and busy finance team in Uxbridge. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely invoicing for a diverse portfolio of clients, working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and adaptability are key.

The Billing Specialist will take ownership of client invoicing requirements, maintain billing records, resolve queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity. You'll also monitor unbilled fees, support credit control, and continuously look for ways to improve billing efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven Billing Specialist or finance administrator with strong Excel skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
