Asset Integration Project Manager for a an offshore wind developer based in Belgium.

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding projects for two new jack-up vessels and mission-critical equipment's, ensuring timely and accurate integration into Maximo.
*Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Digital Data Engineers, and Vessel 's crew to gather and validate asset data.

  • Oversee the creation of vessel's backbone, asset hierarchies, spare parts inventory, and maintenance strategies in Maximo.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with the business asset management standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones.
    *Identify opportunities to enhance asset onboarding processes and digital workflows.
    Requirements

    Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
    Proven experience in project management within maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (preferably Maximo).
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., DevOps)
