KeyResponsibilities What you will do: - Stay abreast of technicaldevelopments on chain and in the ecosystem through continuousresearch. - Use the knowledge you gain above to identify new modelsto build. Prioritise based on efficiency, unit economics and valueto our business. - Work in a highly collaborative environment withengineers, blockchain analysts, data scientists, researchers. Yourshared goal is creating intelligence, you contribute in differentways. - Be deeply opinionated about where we’re spending our time(as the above team in particular, but also as a company), and howwe can increase the value of our intelligence. - Own your time andoutput based on the above. Is your time better spent today buildinga model or researching a new more powerful model? - Participate ina collegiate group of blockchain experts, share your knowledgeacross our business wherever it is effective. Skills, Knowledge& Expertise You will be a great fit here if you: - Are highlycurious and sceptical. - Have experience digging into hugedatasets, spotting quirks in the data and pulling the thread -finding the truth. - Can focus only on analysis or models whichwill be useful for our business - cut through the noise. - Areentrepreneurial and create connections, both internally and withinthe community. - Are very interested in Cryptocurrencies. Our idealcandidate: - Has a STEM degree. - Has experience defining effectivemetrics, monitoring the results and optimising accordingly. - Iscomfortable querying data with SQL and Python. - Can optimisequeries for huge datasets. - Has a solid understanding ofblockchain ecosystem elements like DeFi, Exchanges, Wallets, SmartContracts, mixers and privacy services. Bonus Experience: -Databricks and PySpark - Analysing blockchain data - Building andmaintaining data pipelines - Deploying machine learning models -Use of graph analytics and graph neural networks - Following fundson chain by using block explorers.
