What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and improving dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to ensure data is accessible and useful for the business.
• Enabling self-service analytics by providing business teams with the tools and resources they need to solve data problems independently.
• Designing and maintaining scalable and reliable data models to support analytics efforts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that align with their goals.
• Identifying opportunities to automate and optimize data workflows, saving time and increasing efficiency.
• Providing guidance and training to help teams effectively use data tools and interpret insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Microsoft Tech Stack:Experience with or willingness to learnMS SQL ServerandPower BI.
• Python: Experience with Python for data engineering tasks and deep-dive analysis is highly desirable
• Degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline i.e. Data/Computer science, mathematics or similar.
• Possessing strong experience and interest in building tools and systems, with knowledge of data structures, data modeling, or database design concepts being a valuable advantage.
