Training The AI and Data Analytics Academy with Deloitte is funded by the Department for the Economy and delivered in partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC) under the. Assured Skills Academies are a pathway to industry-led training before entering the workforce or changing career. The academy is a nine-week training course giving the practical knowledge and real-world experience needed to work in the sector. Over the course of the nine weeks, those on the course will take part in blended learning that will include: classroom base instruction to build knowledge problem-based learning tackling issues you'll face in your day-to-day role learning how to work on your own to grow self-reliance learning how to work in a team effectively through set activities and peer learning The academy training is designed to strengthen critical thinking, creativity and adaptability by mixing insight with practical application. Training allowance Those taking part will get a weekly training allowance of £180 for the length of the academy, as well as help with travelling and childcare costs where people qualify. Qualifications Successful applicants to the academy will work towards qualifications in: Microsoft Power BI Azure Data Fundamentals Those who successfully finish the courseare guaranteed a job interview for a permanent role as an analyst with Deloitte. An interview is not a guarantee of a job and offers of employmentwill be solely at the discretion of the company after the interview.
