Reporting to one of our Data & Analytics Engineering Managers, ourAgile Delivery Leadwill work across several multi-disciplinary data teams to support the effective and efficient delivery of data initiatives to our internal business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
  • You'll understand business priorities, analytical solutions and be able to plan and drive agile delivery.
  • You'll make sure the team or teams are performing at their best to deliver, identifying issues, managing dependencies and overcoming impediments.
  • You'll work with stakeholders across the business to drive effective decisions and outcomes, to mitigate risks and provide transparent, accurate and timely updates.
  • You'll be an advocate for the release of valuable working solutions early and often, helping to Create Memories for our customers and users across the business.

What you'll have:
  • You'll have knowledge of leading teams with a blend of agile ways of working and be able to contribute towards an environment of continuous improvement.
  • You'll have planning, delivery and stakeholder management experience.
  • You'll be able to communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business.
  • Experience with agile planning tools like Azure DevOps.
