Lead Architect A growing Insurance brand are lookingfor a Lead Architect to join the team and take ownership of productarchitecture and looking for knowledge and expertise across allapplication layers. The Lead Architect role requires strongknowledge of API and Data Architecture as well as UI design.Responsibilities of the Lead Architect: - Transform product visionand business objectives into technical enablers and keyarchitectural elements. - Collaborate with agile delivery leads andproduct managers to provide technical planning support. - Serve asthe primary contact for architectural impact assessments duringProduct Planning Events. - Develop and maintain SolutionArchitecture documentation, emphasizing reusable patterns. -Present Low-Level Designs to the Technical Design Authority andjustify key design decisions. - Advise development teams onevaluating options and ensuring compliance with establishedstandards. - Build and sustain strong partnerships with Data &Analytics, Information Security, IT Operations, and Infrastructureteams. Key skills for the Lead Architect: - Understanding of modernAPI technologies such as REST, SOAP, etc - Azure integration stacksincluding API Management - MVC web frameworks - Azure Analyticsstack including Databricks, ADLG2, Synapse etc - Experience in theInsurance/Financial Services industry (desirable) Salary: £100,000- £125,000 per annum Location: Central London/WFH hybrid (Flexiblevariations for the right candidate) Start Date: Up to 3 monthnotice periods considered
