NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non‑clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.


Shift Pattern

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Intelligence Technical team NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde providing expert data management services in support of the Boards digital delivery programme.


You will be involved in operational delivery, supporting expansion of data availability, working with emerging technologies. These include



  • Microsoft applications infrastructure – including SQL Server, SSIS and associated technologies.
  • Business Intelligence applications infrastructure – including MicroStrategy, Business Objects, data modelling and associated technologies.
  • Cloud and healthcare telemetry – including FHIR and HL7.
