SF Recruitment are proud to be working with a successful and growing business based in Lamport, Northampton, as they look to recruit a confident and proactive Administrator to join their busy operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team. If you’ve got a solid background in administration and pride yourself on attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

As an Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the office
Supporting Field Agents and managing client queries
Loading client instructions onto the internal system, ensuring all required documentation is attached
Quality checking, amending, and submitting reports to clients within SLA
Maintaining data compliance in line with GDPR
Supporting the wider management team with general administrative duties
Handling and escalating complaints in line with company policy
We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in an administration or clerical support role
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data input
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills across all levels
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
