What You Will Do:

  • Establish and develop relationships with both new and existing contacts to understand customer needs and expectations.

  • Handle purchase orders, from inputting orders into the system to updating orders to reflect any changes.

  • Proactively manage customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues.

  • Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

  • Support External National Account Managers in delivering excellent customer service and achieving monthly and yearly targets.

  • Update and maintain internal systems with relevant information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience working within an FMCG business.

  • Demonstrable record of success and experience in FMCG Forecasting.

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Excellent organisational skills to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    This role is integral to ensuring that operational information flows efficiently from the company to the customer and vice versa, guaranteeing excellent customer service and contributing to the company's overarching goal of being the leader in the food packaging industry. Based in Telford, Shropshire, the company prides itself on its innovative approach, producing over 1.2 billion products annually and serving major food producers and retail brands worldwide.
