Account Desk Manager
Join a fast-growing technology-focused security company specializing in security systems for temporary and remote sites, serving top clients in construction, rail, and civil engineering. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing service desk team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account desk managers, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve performance goals.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and issues while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and upselling opportunities.
Oversee daily operations of the account desk, ensuring efficient processes, adequate staffing, and effective resource allocation.
Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics, team performance, and sales achievements.
Utilise data analytics to assess trends, inform strategic decision-making, and guide team management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the account desk team.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes, incorporating team feedback and implementing new tools and methodologies as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in team leadership and account management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Action-oriented, with a proactive approach to improving processes and driving results
Analytical mindset, with experience in data reporting and KPI management What We Offer:
