DATA SCIENCE MANAGER Up to £90,000 HYBRID (2 Days amonth in Southampton) We are working with a leading company in theretail space. They are looking to use Data Science and MachineLearning to better understand their customer base. ROLE: - Workalongside the pre existing data and analytics team to spearheadthis previously untouched project area. - Lead the Data Scienceteam in this area (managing 1 direct report) to ensure projectdelivery criteria is met. - Utilise the company's customer data tobetter understand their user base. - Work on Machine Learningmodels, including: Customer Lifetime Value, Next Best Action,Recommendation, Personalisation. REQUIREMENTS: - A provenbackground in customer foucsed Data Science - specifically in themodels mentioned above. - Strong communication skills. - Proventrack record of working with technical and non technicalstakeholders.
