Within thisrole, you will have the opportunity to lead a transformative Data& AI agenda that is critical to achieving our strategic goals.You will be part of a collaborative and innovative environmentwhere your ideas will shape the future of our data-drivencapabilities. You will have the resources and support to stay atthe forefront of emerging AI and data technologies. About the roleWithin this role, you will be responsible for: - Developing andimplementing a strategic data architecture aligned with ourroadmap, including foundational platforms, governance frameworksand AI solutions - Designing systems and processes to support amedallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold layer) for raw,standardized and analytical data - Driving the development ofreusable data and AI products that enhance risk assessment, pricingand operational efficiency - Working with the Data and AI BusinessUnit to ensure the data architecture aligns with requirements forscalable and secure machine learning operations (MLOps) pipelinesfor efficient model deployment or integration of AI capabilitiessuch as generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictiveanalytics into our business processes. About you The idealcandidate for this role will have proven experience as aData-Architect or in a similar role, delivering enterprise-leveldata and AI solutions. Additionally, you will have experience in: -Building and managing medallion architecture, MLOps and advancedanalytics solutions - Knowledge of Databricks and how it can be apart of a modern data architecture - Knowledge of automationframeworks to integrate small-scale and enterprise-level AIsolutions Core Values Love what you do: We show up each day readyto take on the world.
