Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Understand customer requirements and align them with appropriate technology solutions.
• Deliver professional services engagements based on project plans or statements of work.
• Participate in customer meetings to share progress, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Problem Resolution

• Diagnose, analyse, and resolve technical issues related to Splunk and other data platforms.
• Escalate complex problems as needed while ensuring timely communication with customers.

Testing & Compatibility

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure reliability and compatibility of new solutions.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and migrations to ensure seamless integration.

Knowledge Sharing

• Junior Level:Collaborate with the team to develop expertise and share insights.
• Consultant Level:Mentor junior team members, conduct workshops, and provide training to customers and internal teams.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including configurations, troubleshooting guides, and reports.
• Present complex technical concepts in a clear manner to various stakeholders.
• Provide consistent updates to customers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

Security Clearance

• SC Clearance isessentialfor both Junior and Consultant roles.

Certifications & Technical Expertise

Junior Level:

• Certified Splunk Cloud/Enterprise Admin.
• Understanding of data analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Experience administering Splunk Enterprise or Cloud environments.

Consultant Level:

• Certified Splunk Cloud/Enterprise Admin, Certified Splunk Enterprise Architect, Certified Splunk Core Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Splunk implementation, management, and optimisation.
• In-depth knowledge of data architecture, real-time data processing, and enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration for Splunk installation and log collection.

Soft Skills & Abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and teams.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and structured technical documentation.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• (Consultant Level)Experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical initiatives.
