As a Mid-weight Designer, you will lead the creation of visually striking corporate templates and bespoke visual storytelling projects for Synthesia's customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage projects from concept to delivery, and stay updated with industry trends to infuse innovation into your designs.
As a Staff/Principal-level Product Designer on the Growth team, you will partner closely with a Product Manager to enhance user activation and long-term retention. Your focus will be on reimagining onboarding experiences, first-time editor interactions, and early product exploration, tackling complex challenges like reducing cognitive overload and designing around AI latency. You will work in a fast-paced, experimental environment, translating ambiguous problems into scalable, user-centric solutions and influencing the product's growth metrics.
