We'll welcome your expertise in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supply chain data and systems, alongside supporting the Supply Chain Data Specialist in managing the product specification lifecycle, and KPI reporting.

About the RoleOn a typical day, you’ll be involved in:

Maintaining accurate supply chain data across various systems and Northwood sites.

Monitoring and improve data quality, including validation, cleansing, and resolving data-related issues.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business objectives and support data-driven decision-making.

Managing supply chain data requirements for new products and raw materials.

Ensuring all system data is correctly configured to support new product launches and product changes. Coordinate with planning, procurement, marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure data readiness.

Identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy, system efficiency and reporting capability

Supporting regular reporting and continuous development of supply chain KPIs enhanced data analysis.

Requirements

We’re looking for:

High levels of data accuracy

Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.

Timely and well-controlled product originations and data changes.

Reliable and well-maintained supply chain tools and reporting systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data quality and identify improvement opportunities

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality tools

Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and similar applications
