PC&C Transformation Data Analytics Analyst

Sunbury-on-Thames

Competitive day rate (Inside/Outside IR35 – TBC)

Initial Contract: 12 months (extension likely)

Start: Immediate / ASAP

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Data Analytics Analyst to join a high-profile PC&C Transformation programme, supporting the business case and value realisation workstream.

This is a delivery-focused contract role where you’ll play a key part in driving data-led decision making, financial tracking, and business case performance across a complex transformation programme.

You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight, modelling, and forecasting that directly shapes programme outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own and manage monthly transformation spend forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting cycles

Track and reconcile third-party costs

Support business case planning, governance, and performance management

Build and maintain cost models and scenario assumptions to inform decision making

Deliver high-quality data analysis and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership

Coordinate team change requests and resource onboarding processes

Ensure data governance and compliance across people data requests

Produce clear, insightful executive materials for leadership and transformation reviews

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a data analytics / financial modelling / transformation support role

Strong Excel modelling skills (advanced level essential)

Ability to turn complex or incomplete data into actionable insights

Track record of delivering in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
