A Global Manufacturing Company is seeking an organised, proactive and relationship‑driven HR Data Analyst to their UK & Ireland HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence employee experience, shape people processes and contribute to high‑impact HR initiatives across a growing international organisation.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Lead and continuously improve employee engagement programmes, including our annual survey, turning insights into actionable plans.
  • Enhance onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent, values‑led employee journey.
  • Maintain a strong in‑office presence, building trusted relationships across the business.
  • Support internal communications and champion positive “Good News” stories.
  • Produce Total Reward Statements to strengthen understanding of our benefits offering.


People Data, Analysis & Reporting

  • Own and deliver core people analytics, including gender pay gap analysis.
  • Produce monthly Executive HR KPI reports and provide data for Group reporting, including Sustainability submissions.
  • Strengthen our EDI reporting and insight capabilities.
  • Develop and improve HR reporting tools for effective decision‑making.
  • Track and analyse RPO and recruitment metrics to support workforce planning.


HR Systems & Process Ownership

  • Act as the primary lead for HR systems—maintaining, optimising and enhancing functionality.
  • Improve HR processes through system enhancements and data integrity.
  • Partner with Group and local stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs.


Group & Local HR Projects

  • Lead and deliver HR projects from design to implementation.
  • Represent the UK & Ireland business in Group HR initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business and people strategy.


Engagement & Communication

  • Plan and deliver roadshows and engagement events.
  • Coordinate initiatives that support communication, alignment and connection across teams.
  • Lead on Investors in People activities.


Reward, Pensions & Financial Wellbeing

  • Support pension and retirement education initiatives.
  • Organise financial wellbeing events and awareness programmes.
  • Support ongoing development of benefits through internal hubs and communications.


About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
  • Strong Excel and demonstrable experience in Power BI and be able to present information in clear and professional style.
  • Confident working with data and HR reporting
  • A natural communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Tech‑savvy with experience using HR systems
  • Curious, collaborative and passionate about improving employee experience
