x3 Data Science Leads – Join a Leading Technology & Engineering Innovator - offices based in Bristol/Swindon and Gloucestershire

Areti Groupis working exclusively with one of the fastest-growing technology and engineering companies in the UK, and we're looking for three Data Science Leads to play a key role in shaping the future of data-driven solutions for our National Security customers. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead on delivering cutting-edge technical solutions, focusing on data services and defining technical approaches.

As a Data Science Lead, you will be at the heart of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, leading projects that span data engineering, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, and software engineering. You'll play a pivotal role in solving complex challenges for customers, while also leading teams of exceptional technical talent.

About the Role:

This role offers the chance to lead on a variety of exciting technical projects, working alongside industry experts and contributing to innovation in National Security, Defence, and Industry sectors. You will be instrumental in customer engagement, playing a key role in consulting, presales, and business development. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to prepare and contribute to technical proposals and bids, ensuring your expertise drives real-world impact.

Key Requirements:

  1. Expertise in designing and building scalable data platforms
  2. Strong analytical techniques for extracting insights from various data sources
  3. Visualisation of complex data to communicate key insights effectively
  4. Solid experience in machine learning
  5. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C++)
  6. Familiarity with DevOps techniques for supporting repeatable deployment and testing
  7. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  8. A background in Agile methodologies and leadership experience in Agile environments

Clearances:
