Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the agreed sales target for his / her geographical area
- Responsible for the development of Key WTE accounts within geographical area
- Responsible for relationship & agreed business actions (projects, roll-outs, trials etc.) with key 2TL strategic partners within geographical area
- Take full ownership to collaborate with all KAM’s / RAM’s and WBD’s developing the entire WTE basket within region and execute agreed plans with 1TL / BCS customers
- Promote and encourage Bosch parts, diagnostics and workshops services strategy to all customers within geographical area
- Responsible for good area management of territory including regular visits to all key customers within region
- Have a clear plan of goals in advance of monthly activities
- Provide a regular update / minutes for all customer meetings with follow up actions
- Be responsible for the sales process (demonstration to purchase), this includes assigning responsibility for each element to self or colleague(s)
- Forecast current month sales plus 6 months outlook for region
- Update pipeline document to support internal functions (minimum weekly)
- Capture all information and required support within call plans
- Demonstrate ability to cold call and generate new business leads within area
- Providing solutions to achieve annual sales targets including growth
The WTE account manager must also be technically competent with ability to demonstrate the WTE basket supporting changing market requirements
Qualifications
The job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills
- Demonstrating the range of WTE equipment to distribution and installers - Bosch and Robinair brands
- Management of contracted time to key distributors – planned workouts/customer activities
- Supporting national account rollouts
- Generating sales by pull through from installers
- Work proactively with internal customers within their respective regions of responsibility
- Liaise with line manager and data analyst to produce detailed account plans focusing on objectives and planned activity
- Collate and feedback market intelligence to the channel / data analyst
- Support Bosch concepts
- Organising and delivering equipment training where required
- Liaising with distributors
- Organising and attending trade events
- Provide information/solutions as appropriate to address enquires and queries within accepted timescales
Reporting of key market intelligence and information to the business
