We are a young company - founded in early 2020 - and are looking to make key hires within our Paid Social team to help build our foundations for years to come.

Joining as a Senior Paid Social Executive you will work directly with large enterprise clients as well as high growth scale ups.

The role:

• Build, optimise and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Work with our Technology team to create new bespoke solutions for our clients
• Have the ability to work across verticals (B2B, B2C, lead gen, finance, eCommerce)
• Uncover insights and produce reports and commentary for our clients to improve KPIs
• Work directly with clients, building trust and relationships and representing the agency

What we are looking for:

• Experience working with clients to execute growth driving Paid Social strategies
• Someone who is proactive and naturally curious
• Has excellent attention to detail and is very diligent with their work
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with others within a close knit tea,
• Confident with sharing media recommendations based on client needs
• A keen eye for analysis with the ability to spot how macro and micro changes at campaign, ad set and ad level impacts performance
• Knowledge of how pixels and conversion events work in paid social platforms
• Understands the role of paid social in the wider digital marketing mix and can articulate how full funnel approaches work within paid social platforms
• How paid social activity impacts / impacted by other digital channels
• Someone who wants to manage and/or mentor junior team members in the future
• University education is not a necessity for us. Equally, if you went down the academic path, that’s okay too. What we really care about is: are you passionate about the work you do & are you a natural problem solver?
