What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute UX testing activities across vehicles and prototype platforms, including virtual reality and functional prototypes.

  • Conduct usability testing using both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess digital interfaces.

  • Collaborate with UX Designers to identify friction points and recommend improvements to usability and flow.

  • Capture and communicate user insights in a clear and actionable format to support design decisions.

  • Contribute to the creation of benchmarking insights, user personas, and attribute tracking.

  • Actively participate in sprint planning, maintain relevant testing documentation, and support early concept validation.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience conducting usability studies and user testing.

  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and interaction design.

  • Ability to identify usability issues and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to multidisciplinary teams.
