Research: 1. Conduct fundamental and quantitative researchacross commodities, building a comprehensive research pipeline. 2.Develop and refine innovative short-, medium-, and long-termcommodity trading strategies using both quantitative andfundamental analysis. 3. Collaborate with portfolio managers toenhance trading strategies and deliver actionable insights. 2.Thought Leadership: 1. Produce content on commodity fundamentalsfor client communications, including quarterly letters, whitepapers, academic papers, blog posts, and webinars. 2. Providethought leadership by translating complex data into actionableintelligence. 3. Business Growth: 1. Engage in front-facing roleswithin sales, marketing, and client service. 2. Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients, delivering timely marketinsights. 4. Portfolio Monitoring and Management: 1. Assist inportfolio, trading, and account management. 2. Actively engage withportfolio managers to ensure continuous information flow. 3.Monitor global financial markets, economic indicators, news, andgeopolitical events to identify trading opportunities and assessrisks. Qualifications 1. At least five years of experience in across-commodity research role, with demonstrated ability to conductand deliver research. 2. Strong academic record and a degree withhigh mathematical, statistical, and computing content, such asMathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics from aleading university. 3. Proficient in applying insights fromcommodity academic literature and understanding marketfundamentals. 4. Experience in a high-level programming language,ideally R or Python. 5. Strong analytical skills with practicalexpertise in statistics and portfolio construction techniques. 6.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 7. Ability tomanage multiple research projects independently andcollaboratively. 8. Strong work ethic, curiosity, attention todetail, and a hands-on approach. 9. Keen interest or experience infinancial markets with a meticulous, analytical approach toproblem-solving. 10. Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT orother language models to enhance research and strategy developmentis advantageous. 11. Experience in systematic trading isadvantageous. Personal Attributes 1.
