We arecurrently seeking a professional with direct experience interactingwith artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as NLP, LLM, IA etc.Skills and training in natural language processing (NLP) and deeplearning will be critical for this role. This professional will beexpected to lead the programming and fine-tuning of various AItools and helping the IT team to implement them into newapplications. This professional will work collaboratively acrossthe organisation with multiple teams to help design the roadmap forhow AI can improve efficiency of company processes and provideinsights and assistance to users. Applicants should have sufficienttechnical skills to help lead these types of AI projectsindependently and to train technical teams for support.Responsibilities Research the latest AI tools from NLP to LLM tomulti-agent capabilities to ensure we are maintaining a cleardirection on the best in class AI; Support the build andImplementation of private, large language models, fine-tuned basedon both structured and text-based data inputs; Integrate artificialintelligence to support AI applications that interact with thevarious AI tools through capabilities such as APIs; Contribute todata and AI architecture review discussions, and support structuralchanges as needed; Help drive AI technology thinking within thecompany across all departments; Support departmental processimprovement initiatives; and Participate in educating, training anddevelopment of more junior team members. Qualifications Masters orPhD in engineering, computer or data science, or related field.Proven experience implementing and fine-tuning Large LanguageModels or interactive AI applications (either >1 yearpost-graduate experience, or PhD dissertation experience). Strongbackground in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning.Preferably several years of experience working with different AIcapabilities and showcasing your passion both at work and outsidework in the utilization of AI. Technical proficiency in programminglanguages and frameworks commonly used in NLP and AI (e.g., Python,TensorFlow, PyTorch). Excellent communication skills to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability tolead projects independently and mentor technical teams. A passionfor staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AItechnologies.
