The Director, Performance Operations HotelMarket Partnerships (Partner Growth & Agility) position willact as a key partner to the VP of Hotel, Partner Agility &Growth, her leadership team and cross-functional partners indriving go-to-market excellence in the Partner Agility & GrowthMarket Management teams' field operations. They will act as a keyenabler in operationalizing acquisition, growth and optimizationstrategies, whilst overseeing and driving the execution of dailyoperational run the business needs of the Partner Growth andAgility Market Management teams. This role will have you creatingand executing the field operations strategy and roadmap,continuously identifying improvement opportunities to ourprocesses, data, analytics and systems infrastructure andultimately enabling the achievement of the Hotel Market PartnershipPartner Agility and Growth team’s overall business performanceobjectives. As the Performance Operations Lead, you will partnerwith Commercial leadership across the Hotel Market PartnershipsPartner Agility and Growth team within Travel Partnerships andMedia (TPM), as well as with cross functional partners, serving asthe main business engagement conduit into the Field Operations, andmore broadly, the Commercial Operations organization. You will befocused on operationalizing and delivering multiple, centrally runprograms, market strategies and partnerships that will acceleratebusiness performance in addition to supporting the dailyoperational business needs of the field teams. You should becomfortable with a variety of go-to-market strategy definitions andexecution, along with being familiar with sales methodologies,sales metrics and sales cycles. You will help design and improveour ongoing commercial operating system and performance managementreviews with commercial leadership. You will proactively identifybest practices and new strategies, techniques and methods thatdrive business (over)performance and scale them across the globewhilst also identifying gaps in achieving business performancegoals and develop strategies and remediation plans to close gaps.What You'll Do: - Manage and continuously improve accountsegmentation, contact strategies, coverage models and territoryalignment to ensure an optimal ROI based Market Managementoperating plan and field deployment strategies. - Manage the runthe business needs of the Market Management teams - facilitatingthe target and quota setting process that drive variable incentiveplans, utilizing insights and tools to drive business performance,evaluating and measuring the teams’ performance and cadencedbusiness reporting. - Own the clear communication between thevarious teams and regions to Market Management leadership regardingperformance against monthly, quarterly and annual targets. - AssistMarket Management leadership in developing territory and segmentspecific acquisition, optimization and growth plans, ensuringintimate knowledge of the industry, competitive environment andconduct ongoing reviews to regularly monitor progress and ensurealignment with market conditions. - Support Market Managementleadership in developing and executing market strategies andprograms in lead generation, partner acquisition, pricecompetitiveness, traveler benefits adoption, conversion rateimprovements, partner retention and expansion. - Review and analyzethe effectiveness of sales incentives against the organization’sstrategy and overall financial performance and continuously improvethe design to keep financial measures aligned with key drivers(e.g. business objectives, traveler benefits, pricecompetitiveness, increasing productivity levels, etc.) - Drive theexecution and operationalization of central programs andinitiatives across multiple teams, regions, countries, territoriesand geos. - Identify and drive timely resolution of reportingissues, gaps in processes, and areas of opportunity to drive growthand productivity across our Market Management teams. - Leverageanalyses to customize market management techniques to enhance theireffectiveness and optimize performance by partnering with the SalesEnablement team to identify the needs, support the creation anddrive the execution of market management playbooks. - Identify bestpractices and new strategies, techniques and methods that drivebusiness (over)performance and scale them across the globe whilstalso identifying gaps in achieving business performance goals anddevelop strategies and remediation plans to close gaps. - Definethe key support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growthof the business, increase share of wallet and achieve revenueattainment, traveler benefits adoption, price competitiveness andmarket development objectives. - Assist Market Managementleadership in all aspects of evaluating their teams’ performance. -Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate in projects as needed.Who You Are: - Minimum 10+ years in a Sales Excellence, SalesOperations, Business Operations or Revenue Operations role -Experience in advanced segmentation, coverage models, territoryalignment techniques and methodologies; quota and target setting,forecasting, pipeline management and sales incentive compensationplans - Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce skills;advanced skills in data visualization/reporting solutions (e.g.,Tableau, Looker, Salesforce reports and dashboards), advanced dataprogramming languages such (e.g. SQL, R, Python) is a huge plus -Ability to design, develop and continuously enhance complexbusiness and financial models to drive efficiency and growth -Experience and a proven track record leading large scale businesstransformation programs and initiatives - Demonstrated ability tolead thru influence within a cross-functional environment and beinga great cross-functional business partner - Experience building andexecuting market strategies, territory plan and programs - Developand monitor metrics, dashboards and reporting tools to improvesales productivity and efficiency across the customer lifecycle -Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with pre-sales, sales andcustomer success teams - Strong problem solving and analyticalskills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills andexecutive stakeholder management - Proven ability to succeed inboth collaborative and independent work environments Accommodationrequests If you need assistance with any part of the application orrecruiting process due to a disability, or other physical or mentalhealth conditions, please reach out to our RecruitingAccommodations Team through the Accommodation Request.
