Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client who are a specialist construction company delivering high-quality, innovative fit-out and refurbishment solutions across the Healthcare, Sterilisation & Medical sectors.

This is a full-time role Monday– Friday.

Reporting to the Digital Twin Manager, your responsibilities will be:

Assist in the development and management of digital twins for construction projects.
Working with FM teams to identify post construction Digital Twin integrations
Supporting owners and operators drive efficiency of operation and maintenance using Digital Twins
Supporting BIM workflows, ensuring models are accurately updated with verified asset data
Use Revit to produce, update, and manage 3D models.
Extracting and aligning asset and equipment data from drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Collaborating with project, design and site teams to ensure digital deliverables meet operational requirements.
Engaging with evolving technologies such as IOT, BMS, Specialist equipment API’s, and structured data, JSON, XML
The ideal candidate:

Dynamo, Grasshopper
Power BI (dashboard and data models)
Revit Interoperability Model Checker or Solibri (or Equivalent)
Excel (Formula and Macro for data analytics)
