• Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients through networking, calls, and market research.
• Recruitment Cycle:Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
• Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends and support the team by researching market opportunities and competitor activity.
