Trading Operations Analyst

Through our cutting-edge AI-driven technology, we provide our traders with the training and opportunity to trade with leveraged funding on capital markets derivatives such as contracts for difference (CFDs).

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you’ll be required to understand Capital Markets, the CFD market our customers trade in, and how we manage risk. Deep analytical skills are required to analyze customer trades, process payouts, and evaluate risk. As we grow as a business, we will be supporting our analysts to learn and execute scripts to make our analysis more efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse daily trading data
  2. Create daily reports on customer behaviour from managing trading rules or popularity of products
  3. Analyse risk across our customer trading portfolio and support the team to implement risk measures
  4. Analyse profit and loss across our customers and manage any required payout process
  5. Document trading processes
  6. Analyse opportunities to improve trading processes via scripting, Python, or AI queries

Technology:

  1. Metatrade / DXTrade / C-Trader trading platforms
  2. Centroid Bridge trading analysis
  3. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI)
  4. Variety of different data architectures and data analysis tools
