Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technology Coordinator with a strong IT background and experience in the real estate/construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technology infrastructure, implementing real estate/construction software solutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology & IT Infrastructure
• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and cloud-based platforms used in real estate/construction.
• Oversee hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures for multiple locations/offices.
• Support PropTech solutions like ERP (SAP, Yardi, Procore, Autodesk, BIM, etc.) to streamline operations.
Real Estate & Construction Tech Support
• Assist in the implementation of construction management software for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth integration of technology with smart buildings, IoT solutions, and facility management systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for upgrades, troubleshooting, and tech-driven process improvements.
Data & Security Management
• Maintain data integrity, backups, and cybersecurity protocols for real estate/construction databases.
• Implement access control systems, digital documentation, and cloud storage solutions.
Collaboration & Training
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and facility managers to align IT systems with business needs.
• Provide technical support & training to employees on real estate/construction technology tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years in an IT role, preferably in real estate, property management, or construction.
Technical Skills:
• IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of IoT, smart building tech, and AI-driven real estate solutions is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
