This is an opportunity for someone to step in to this Technical Pricing Manager role to deliver and develop high-performing retail pricing models and optimisations using innovative approaches. You'll be a key player in embedding data science into our pricing strategy and building models that directly impact commercial success.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Deliver end-to-end pricing models using our tailored pricing pipeline
Use Earnix or Radar to build predictive statistical models and optimise prices
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing performance
Lead and contribute to R&D efforts for innovative modelling approaches
Integrate tools and outputs from data science teams
Ensure compliance with pricing governance and controls
Collaborate with Commercial Pricing to align models to business goals
Mentor and support junior analysts and team members
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Degree (graduate or postgraduate) in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
Experience in a pricing or actuarial role in general insurance
Hands-on experience with Earnix or Radar
Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and modelling
Experience applying advanced machine learning to pricing
Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences
Proven commercial impact from pricing or R&D projects
People leadership and mentoring experience
