A fantastic new opportunity has become available for Technical Delivery Manager with one of our Financial Services clients based in London.Role: Technical Delivery Manager - Electronic Communications SurveillanceLocation: London (3 Days week Onsite)Duration: 6 MonthsStatus: Inside IR35Rate: Circa £850/Day Definition and delivery of the IT program to implement electronic communications surveillance platform and service (as a continuation of the already implemented phase currently in production).Delivery of the service operating model and successful handover post go live to the service ownersExperience and Skills required:Experienced with NICE Actimize SaaS Survey-X solution - Electronic Communications SurveillanceExperience in Financial Sector and Regulated organisation in Compliance and Surveillance Architecture solution delivery is essential.Experience in database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong experience of different data architectures including hub and spoke, data lakes, data fabrics, lakehousesDeep and broad experience of developing technical data integration solutions in large or medium sized enterprises.Experience leading delivery teams in a global or regional organization.Proven experience in leading and managing teams in the delivery of complex data platform projects.Strong experience with Azure data PaaS services and application delivery on the Azure platform.Delivering platforms with C#, SQL, JSON, XML, APIs, file transfer and message bus technology.Strong knowledge of database systems, data modelling, and data integration technologies and design patterns.Collaborative and curious practices to develop strong well thought through solutions.Curiosity to learn new ways of delivering solutions and openness to new designs or other people's ideas. Responsibilities:Technology Delivery Management:Definition of objectives, success factors, key performance indicators, business outcomes, business change and technology deliverablesDevelopment and executions of comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, issue and riskImplementation of program stakeholder governance to oversee delivery, track and report progress, manage scope, issues, andArchitecture:Conduct thorough stakeholder meetings and gather required information to validate solutionDocument business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed mannerValidate target-state solution architecture and service catalogueDevelop architecture roll-out plan based on business, compliance, IT and legal requirements roadmap.Business Process Improvement:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify end to end processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and Analyse current processes and design innovative solutionsLead process reengineering efforts to optimize and improve operationalCollaborate with other technology, end-user or business change teams in designing the end-to-end process and service.
