Our Client requires an experienced Higher Education Technical Administrator to join their team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a complex student system for a higher Education Outlet. The role will be based from home and will involve engaging with various technology stakeholders.

Description

Maintenance and enhancement of the Banner system.
Liaising with various technology stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities for system improvements and recommending solutions.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Banner system.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation.
Collaborating with teams to understand system requirements and implement changes.
Ensuring system data integrity and security.
Conducting regular system audits and reporting findings.Profile

A successful Banner Technical Administrator should have:

A strong technical background with experience in system administration.
Knowledge of Banner or similar systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity and security.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have experience working in Higher Education Job Offer

Full time Contract until Dec 2025 - possibility of extension
A competitive salary range between £40,500 and £45,000 pro rata
A stimulating working environment in a respected educational institution.
