The Opportunity
In this role, you will undertake activities relating to risk management in our complex global project and central service supply chains. You will directly support a range of stakeholders directly, including colleagues within the procurement group, to onboard suppliers and undertake thorough due diligence and risk mitigation activity in a case-management environment. You will use the supplier management platform and other tools to support your work as directed and manage the full end to end process from supplier onboarding to contract filing.
Based within the Procurement Function and reporting to the Compliance and Data Quality manager, you will work with category leads and other key roles to explore, initiate and embed sustainable, ethical, social value and inclusivity improvements across all of our activities, working with colleagues across the firm in an area that is close to our firm’s strategy and values. Central to our procurement strategy, and your work, will be sustainable development, decarbonisation, and our values as an organisation.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who:
· Have experience of providing a procurement/supply chain or similar compliance internal service in a complex environment.
· Have knowledge of supply chain/procurement compliance processes – SRM, Business Integrity, contracts, pre-qualification, frameworks and implementation of standards.
· Have excellent digital skills, working with and maintaining data to a high standard using Microsoft platforms and ERP systems.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills, adept at working with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels and able to arrive a mutually acceptable solution.
· We will consider a range of professional qualifications appropriate to the role.
