360 Recruitment are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SuccessFactors System Administrator to support and maintain our SAP SuccessFactors platform within a dynamic food manufacturing environment. The System Administrator will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the SuccessFactors system, ensuring alignment with our company’s HR processes, employee lifecycle needs, and compliance requirements.
System Administration and Support
Oversee the daily operations of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, and other relevant modules.
Provide system support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and conducting regular maintenance.Configuration and Customization
Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, permissions, and data structures to align with business requirements and HR strategies.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system functionality aligns with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.Data Integrity and Security
Monitor data accuracy and integrity, perform regular audits, and implement controls to ensure data compliance and consistency.
Develop and maintain data access and security protocols to protect sensitive employee information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).Training and Documentation
Develop user guides, training materials, and system documentation to support HR staff, managers, and end-users in effectively using SuccessFactors.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on system capabilities, best practices, and updates.Reporting and Analytics
Generate, analyse, and distribute reports to HR and management to support data-driven decision-making.
Create dashboards and metrics that provide insight into key HR processes and performance trends, helping to drive business goals.Continuous Improvement and System Enhancements
Stay informed of SAP SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices, bringing relevant changes to improve functionality and user experience.
Lead system upgrades, test new features, and implement process improvements to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors support and other third-party vendors to resolve system issues and implement new functionality.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment on system strategies and improvements.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration, ideally within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Experience in a food manufacturing or similar industry is a plus.Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting.
Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to generate and interpret reports in SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols, including GDPR compliance, is highly desirable.
